Terms & Conditions
Please come to your first visit with bare nails as I do not take off any work done by others.
If you want nail art, please DM me your nail art designs or inspiration on Instagram before your visit to make sure I can do it for you.
Builder gel infills are advised every 2-4 weeks. Usually, you should not go beyond 4 weeks with your nails, so please book your infill visits accordingly.
I will give you my address and parking suggestions before your visit. Please let me know if you have any questions or issues.
I will not accept any disrespect or impoliteness. If you make me feel uneasy, I will reject any future visits from you.
No guests or children are allowed (unless we have talked about it before).
Termination & Absence:
Please inform me at least 48 hours in advance if you want to terminate your appointment to avoid losing your reservation fee.
You will need to pay a new reservation fee for any new appointments if you notify me less than 48 hours before.
Terminations within 24 hours or less will incur a 50% charge of the treatment costs.
Any absence or termination made within 12 hours or less will incur a 100% charge of the treatment costs.
You will not be able to book any future appointments until you pay the fee.
Punctuality:
Please contact me ASAP if you are delayed for your appointment. I can only wait for up to 10 minutes for appointments due to limited time slots.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a last minute termination as above.
I will not take any responsibility for any appointments cancelled or fees charged due to delay, so please give yourself enough time for travel and parking.
Please do not come early as I may be busy with another client or sanitising the area. Once you get here, please let me know.
